Personality: Condescending, Snarky, Aloof, Sarcastic... Overall, a butthole. However, there is a darker side to him. A morbid and violent side.

How He Came Into My World: In chronological order, I believe I first designed his eyes, then his body, then his name, and finally his personality.
Irigasu was created using a handful of my drawing screw-ups. For his pitch black eyes that constantly ooze black goop, I was drawing a character in a short comic I was drawing that I titled "Sins". I was trying to draw the character in a semi-realistic style, but I gave the eyes too much detail. So I basically got irritated by it and just colored them in completely black and added three black lines coming out of the bottom parts of them. It creeped me out and I turned the page. Yet again, I attempted to draw in a semi-realistic style, except this time I was trying to draw an angry cat. I drew it wrong and out of irritation, I gave it horns and a spaded tail. Then after a few more failed drawings, I slowly started to add bloody bits to the angry cat drawing. I finished it off with the same eyes from the "Sins" character. The name came a few days later. I was experimenting with flipping names backwards. For example, I flipped Isuna's name backwards and got Anusi. So I was looking through a manga when I found a cute little character named Asagiri. Out of curiosity, I flipped her name. It became Irigasa. I didn't like it, so I changed the last letter to a U. After that, I somehow associated the angry cat drawing with the name I had made. Not long after THAT, Irigasu was appearing in every little drawing I made. Last year he also became a more positive character in my imagination. I had decided to start an RP with my friend called "Dancing with Death". It was a dark love story about a demon named Takeo Ryuketsu and a half-angel/half-human named Mizuki Kawahara. Irigasu was Takeo's accomplice and comrade from Hell, as well as the story's comic relief. That's how he became a sarcastic buttface with a sort of rude nature. It was funny and lightened up the atmosphere. Now he's just a character I use to make myself happy with a little sarcastic commentary on my paper every now and then. 

EDIT: I forgot a little tiny detail. He is immortal, but all the wounds he receives over the years never heal. They just keep bleeding. Forever.
